Meet the founder

Hi future teacher! My name is Elliott Zelinskas, and I help people pass the RICA Test.

After two attempts at taking the RICA Test and failing, I created a RICA study guide that was visually appealing, and I passed! Since passing, I earned my California state preliminary teaching license and I’ve been teaching ever since.
